EIA has submitted an information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for extension under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The information collection requests a three-year extension of its Form GC-859 ``Nuclear Fuel Data Survey,'' OMB Control Number 1901-0287. Form GC-859 collects data on spent nuclear fuel from all utilities that operate commercial nuclear reactors and from all others that possess irradiated fuel from commercial nuclear reactors.

Form EIA-846 collects information on energy consumption, expenditures, and building characteristics from establishments in the manufacturing sector of the U.S. economy.

EIA, pursuant to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, intends to extend with no changes for three years with the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Form EIA-851A Domestic Uranium Production Report (Annual), Form EIA-851Q Domestic Uranium Production Report (Quarterly), and Form EIA-858 Uranium Marketing Annual Survey. Form EIA-851A collects annual data from the U.S. uranium industry on uranium milling and processing, uranium feed sources, uranium mining, employment, drilling, expenditures, and uranium reserves. Form EIA-851Q collects monthly data from the U.S. uranium industry on uranium production and sources (mines and other) on a quarterly basis. Form EIA-858 collects annual data from the U.S. uranium market on uranium contracts and deliveries, inventories, enrichment services purchased, uranium in fuel assemblies, feed deliveries to enrichers, and unfilled market requirements for the current year and the following ten years.

EIA intends to extend with changes for three years with the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) its Generic Information Collection Request (Generic ICR): ``Generic Clearance for the Collection of Qualitative Feedback on Agency Service Delivery'' under OMB Control No. 1905-0210. As part of a Federal Government-wide effort to streamline the process to seek feedback from the public on service delivery, this generic clearance enables EIA to collect customer and stakeholder feedback in an efficient, timely manner, in accordance with our commitment to ensure that our programs are effective, meet our customers' needs, and receive feedback on improving service delivery to the public.

Form EIA-111 collects U.S. electricity import and export data for the purpose of measuring the flow of electricity into and out of the United States from Canada and Mexico.

The information collection requests a three-year extension of Form EIA-914 Monthly Crude Oil and Lease Condensate, and Natural Gas Production Report, OMB Control Number 1905-0205. This survey collects monthly state level data by well operator on crude oil and natural gas production within the United States. These data are used by EIA to estimate state, regional, and U.S. crude oil and natural gas production.

EIA, pursuant to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, intends to extend (with changes) for three years with the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Form OE-417 Electric Emergency Incident and Disturbance Report, OMB Control Number 1901-0288. Form OE-417 enables the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) to monitor emergencies and significant incidents that affect U.S. electric power systems. The information gathered allows DOE to conduct post-incident reviews examining significant interruptions of electric power or threats to the national electric system.

EIA has submitted an information collection request to OMB for extension under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The information collection requests a three-year extension with changes of its Petroleum Marketing Program, OMB Control Number 1905-0174. The Petroleum Marketing Program collects and publishes data on the nature, structure, and efficiency of petroleum markets at national, regional, and state levels. Through integration of the program's ten surveys, EIA monitors petroleum volumes and prices as the commodity moves through various stages such as the importation of raw material, physical and financial transfer of material off extraction sites, refinement to finished products, transfer/distribution from refiners to retail outlets, and sales to ultimate consumers.

EIA is requesting a three-year extension to the program and soliciting comments on the proposed changes to Form EIA-182, Form EIA-863, Form EIA-878, Form EIA-888, and Form EIA-877. No changes are proposed for the remaining survey forms that comprise the Petroleum Marketing Program.
CIPSEA Confidentiality Pledge Revision Notice
The U.S. Energy Information Administration invites public comment on the recent revisions that have been made to the confidentiality pledge it provides to its respondents. These revisions became effective upon publication of an emergency Federal Register notice that announced EIA's revised confidentiality pledge that it provides to its respondents under the Confidential Information Protection and Statistical Efficiency Act. These revisions are required by the passage and implementation of provisions of the Federal Cybersecurity Enhancement Act of 2015 which permit and require the Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to provide Federal civilian agencies' information technology systems with cybersecurity protection for their Internet traffic. CIPSEA Confidentiality Pledge Revision Notice
EIA is announcing revisions to the confidentiality pledge(s) it provides to its respondents under the Confidential Information Protection and Statistical Efficiency Act. These revisions are required by the passage and implementation of provisions of the Federal Cybersecurity Enhancement Act of 2015 which permit and require the Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to provide Federal civilian agencies' information technology systems with cybersecurity protection for their Internet traffic.
