Agency Information Collection Extension
The EIA, pursuant to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, intends to submit an information collection request for the Coal Markets Reporting System, OMB Control Number 1905-0167, with the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). EIA is soliciting comments on the proposed revisions and requests a three-year extension to Forms:

EIA, pursuant to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 and with the approval of the Office of Management and Budget, intends to extend for 3 years, with changes, the following forms: Form EIA-63B, ``Photovoltaic Module Shipments Report,'' Form EIA-411, ``Coordinated Bulk Power Supply Program Report,'' Form EIA-826, ``Monthly Electric Utility Sales and Revenue Report with State Distributions,'' (discontinued form to be replaced by Form EIA-861M), Form EIA-860, ``Annual Electric Generator Report,'' Form EIA-860M, ``Monthly Update to the Annual Electric Generator Report,'' Form EIA-861, ``Annual Electric Power Industry Report,'' Form EIA-861S, ``Annual Electric Power Industry Report (Short Form),'' Form EIA-861M, ``Monthly Electric Power Industry Report'' (replaces Form EIA-826), Form EIA-923, ``Power Plant Operations Report,'' and Form EIA-930, ``Balancing Authority Operations Report.'' Comments are invited on: (a) Whether the proposed collection of information is necessary for the proper performance of the functions of the agency, including whether the information shall have practical utility; (b) the accuracy of the agency's estimate of the burden of the proposed collection of information, including the validity of the methodology and assumptions used; (c) ways to enhance the quality, utility, and clarity of the information to be collected; and (d) ways to minimize the burden of the collection of information on respondents, including through the use of automated collection techniques or other forms of information technology.

The EIA has submitted an information collection request to the OMB for extension under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The information collection requests a three-year extension of its Petroleum Supply Reporting System, OMB Control Number 1905-0165. The proposed collection will produce data used in statistical analytical reports as well as forecasts produced by the U.S. Energy Information Administration. Reports and forecasts are essential to accomplish the agency's mission to promote sound policy making, efficient markets, and public understanding of energy and its interactions with the economy and the environment. Users of the data include government officials, industry and financial analysts, and the public. EIA proposes one change to Form EIA-812, Form EIA-813, and Form EIA-803 and no other changes to:

As part of a Federal Government-wide effort to streamline the process to seek feedback from the public on service delivery, EIA has submitted a Generic Information Collection Request (Generic ICR): ``Generic Clearance for the Collection of Qualitative Feedback on Agency Service Delivery''' to OMB for approval under the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) (44 U.S.C. 3501 et. seq.).

The EIA invites public comment on the proposed collection of information, EIA-882T, ``Generic Clearance for Questionnaire Testing, Evaluation, and Research'' that EIA is developing for submission to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) pursuant to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. Comments are invited on: (1) Whether the proposed collection of information is necessary for the proper performance of the functions of the agency, including whether the information shall have practical utility; (2) the accuracy of the agency's estimate of the burden of the proposed collection of information, including the validity of the methodology and assumptions used; (3) ways to enhance the quality, utility, and clarity of the information to be collected; and (4) ways to minimize the burden of the collection of information on respondents, including through the use of automated collection techniques or other forms of information technology.
