Agency Information Collection Activity Under OMB Review: CHAMPVA Benefits-Application, Claim, Other Health Insurance, Potential Liability & Miscellaneous Expenses
In compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995, this notice announces that the Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), will submit the collection of information abstracted below to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and comment. The PRA submission describes the nature of the information collection and its expected cost and burden, and it includes the actual data collection instrument.
Determining Eligibility for Domiciliary Care
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) adopts as final, with minor changes, a proposed rule amending its medical and State Veterans Home (State home) regulations to update the criteria used by VA in determining eligibility for domiciliary care and to implement VA's authority to waive certain eligibility requirements for receipt of State home domiciliary care per diem.
