Pursuant to the Privacy Act of 1974, notice is hereby given that the VA is modifying the system of records in its inventory titled, ``Veterans (Deceased) Headstone or Marker RecordsVA'' (48VA40B). The records in this system relate to deceased veterans and their eligible family members and consist primarily of Military Service Data, place of burial, and data on headstone or marker.
