As required by the Privacy Act of 1974, notice is hereby given that the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is modifying the system of records entitled, ``Gulf War Registry -VA'' (93VA131) as set forth in the Federal Register. VA is amending the system of records by revising the System Number; System Location; System Manager; Authority for Maintenance of the System; Categories of Records in the System; Routine Uses of Records Maintained in the System; Policies and Practices for Storage of Records; Policies and Practices for Retention and Disposal of Records; Physical, Procedural and Administrative Safeguards; Record Access Procedures; and Notification Procedure. VA is republishing the system notice in its entirety.
