Government-Furnished Headstones, Markers, and Medallions; Unmarked Graves
On August 6, 2021, the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) published in the Federal Register a final rule that amended regulations regarding the provision of Government-furnished headstones, markers, and medallions to eligible individuals. This correction addresses minor technical errors in the published final rule and revises the amendatory text to correct a section reference.
Agency Information Collection Activity: Monthly Certification of On-the-Job and Apprenticeship Training
Veterans Benefits Administration, Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), is announcing an opportunity for public comment on the revised collection of certain information by the agency. Under the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995, Federal agencies are required to publish notice in the Federal Register concerning each revised collection of information, including each proposed revision of a currently approved collection, and allow 60 days for public comment in response to the notice.
