The Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control (``OFAC'') is amending the Global Terrorism Sanctions Regulations to define the term ``otherwise associated with'' as used in 31 CFR 594.201 and to amend an explanatory note accompanying that section.

This document cancels a public hearing on proposed regulations by cross-reference to temporary regulations relating to the application of section 199, which provides a deduction for income attributable to domestic production activities.

This document contains correction to final regulations (TD 9276) that were published in the Federal Register on Tuesday, July 25, 2006 (71 FR 42049), amending the regulations that provide for determining the amount of income tax withholding on supplemental wages. These regulations apply to all employers and others making supplemental wage payments to employees.

The Department of the Treasury published a document in the Federal Register of January 5, 2007, concerning the Financial Literacy and Education Commission's Two-Day Summit on Kindergarten through Postsecondary Financial Education. The document contained an incorrect name for the location of the second day of the event.

The United States Mint is adjusting the prices of 14 of its coin products for 2007. Some of the United States Mint's annual sets have price increases to reflect the inclusion, beginning in 2007, of the Presidential $1 Coins. Some other products have price decreases to reflect lower costs attributable to manufacturing efficiencies and other factors.
