This document contains corrections to a notice of proposed rulemaking that was published in the Federal Register on December 17, 2004 (69 FR 75492), relating to prohibited allocations of securities in an S Corporation.

The Department of the Treasury is publishing its final policy guidance on the prohibition in Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 against national origin discrimination as it affects limited English proficient (LEP) persons. This policy guidance replaces policy guidance published March 7, 2001 and republished on March 7, 2002. On December 22, 2003, the Department published proposed guidance for public comment. No comments were received.
