This advisory reminds operators of the need for vigilance in providing security at liquefied natural gas (LNG) facilities. PHMSA's pipeline safety regulations require operators to implement security measures that deter intruders at LNG terminals, facilities, and peak- shaving plants. Pipeline Safety: Random Drug Testing Rate
PHMSA has determined that the minimum random drug testing rate for covered employees will remain at 25 percent during calendar year 2007.
