These actions relate to a proposed transportation project, construction of a new crossing over the Little Missouri River, in the counties of Billings and Golden Valley, State of North Dakota. Those actions grant approvals for the project.

The FHWA, on behalf of the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), is advising the public of final Federal actions taken by FHWA and other Federal Agencies that are final within the meaning of Federal law. These actions relate to proposed highway improvement project on the United States (U.S.) 90/State Road (S.R.) 10 corridor from Glover Lane in the City of Milton to S.R. 87N/Stewart Street, from S.R. 87N to Ward Basin Road, from Ward Basin Road to S.R. 87S, Federal Project Number: T129-348-R, in Santa Rosa County, State of Florida. These actions grant licenses, permits, and approvals for the project.

The FHWA has forwarded the information collection request described in this notice to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for approval of a new information collection. We published a Federal Register Notice with a 60-day public comment period on this information collection on May 3, 2019. We are required to publish this notice in the Federal Register by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.

The FHWA, on behalf of Caltrans, is issuing this notice to announce actions taken by Caltrans that are final. The actions relate to a proposed highway project, where the project limits extend approximately 2 miles north of SR-91 along I-15, approximately 2 miles west of I-15 along SR-91 and approximately 0.5 mile east of I-15 along SR-91 to Prominade Avenue in the County of Riverside, State of California. A new Variable Toll Message Sign (VTMS) is proposed along eastbound SR 91, just west of the Orange/Riverside County line. Those actions grant licenses, permits, and approvals for the project.

The actions relate to the proposed VEN-1 Slope Restoration Project on State Route 1 (SR-1) at post mile (PM) 4.0 and 4.2 within the County of Ventura, State of California. Those actions grant licenses, permits, and approvals for the project.

This notice announces that FHWA has received and reviewed a renewal package from the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) requesting participation in the Surface Transportation Project Delivery Program (Program). This Program allows for FHWA to assign, and States to assume, responsibilities under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), and all or part of FHWA's responsibilities for environmental review, consultation, or other actions required under any Federal environmental law with respect to one or more Federal highway projects within the State. The FHWA has determined the renewal package to be complete, and developed a draft renewal MOU with TxDOT outlining how the State will implement the Program with FHWA oversight. The public is invited to comment on TxDOT's request, including its renewal package and the proposed renewed MOU, which includes the proposed assignments and assumptions of environmental review, consultation, and other activities.

The FHWA is issuing this notice to advise the public that the April 22, 2013, Revised ROD for the proposed Sakonnet River Bridge, Rehabilitation or Replacement in the Towns of Portsmouth and Tiverton, Newport County, Rhode Island is rescinded effective with this notice and replaced with the August 2003 original ROD signed by FHWA.

The FHWA is announcing the availability of the Environmental Assessment (Draft) for public review. The Environmental Assessment (Draft) was prepared for the Washington, DC to Baltimore Loop Project, and was submitted by the Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration (MDOT SHA) in conjunction with The Boring Company, a private company. The Environmental Assessment (Draft) was prepared pursuant to the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (NEPA). The project is also being reviewed under Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act, and a draft Section 106 Programmatic Agreement (PA) has been prepared for the project. Interested parties are invited to comment on both the Environmental Assessment (Draft) and the draft PA.

The FHWA is issuing this notice to advise the public that we are rescinding the Notice of Intent (NOI) for a highway project that was proposed to improve access to and from the Spaulding Turnpike (NH Route 16) to the tri-city areas of Dover, Somersworth and Rochester (Exit 10) in New Hampshire. The NOI was published in the Federal Register on June 5, 1995, with the intent to publish a Draft Environmental Impact Statement. This rescission is based on a lack of available funding and project support within the New Hampshire State Transportation Improvement Plan (STIP) for the project, as originally proposed.
