Notice of Intent To Prepare an Environmental Impact Statement, Orange and Sullivan Counties, NY
The FHWA, in coordination with the New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT), is issuing this Notice of Intent (NOI) to solicit comments and advise the public, agencies, and stakeholders that an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) will be prepared for the proposed NYS Route 17 Mobility and Access Improvements Project (the Project) located on NYS Route 17 between Exit 113, U.S. Route 209 in Sullivan County and Interstate 87 (I-87) in Orange County, New York (transportation corridor). The purpose of the Project is to address operational mobility deficiencies that exist on NYS Route 17 between U.S. Route 209 and Interstate 87 (transportation corridor). This NOI contains a summary of the information required in the Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) regulations. This NOI should be reviewed together with the NOI Additional Project Information document, which contains important details about the proposed project and compliments the information in this NOI. Persons and agencies who may be interested in or affected by the proposed project are encouraged to comment on the information in this NOI and the NOI Additional Project Information document. All comments received in response to this NOI will be considered and any information presented herein may be revised in consideration of the comments.
Notice To Rescind Notice of Intent (NOI) To Prepare an Environmental Impact Statement: Dane County, Wisconsin
FHWA, in cooperation with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT), is issuing this notice to advise the public that FHWA will not be preparing an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the United States Highway (US) 51 corridor located in Dane County, Wisconsin, between US 12/18 and Wisconsin State Highway (WIS) 19. FHWA is rescinding the NOI because the project has been downscoped.

Notice of Intent To Prepare an Environmental Impact Statement
FHWA, in coordination with the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT), is issuing this Notice of Intent (NOI) to solicit comment and advise the public, agencies, and stakeholders that an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) will be prepared to study potential improvements to the Highway 252 (Hwy 252) corridor in Hennepin County from Highway 610 (Hwy 610) to the Hwy 252/Interstate 94 (I-94)/Interstate 694 (I-694) interchange, and the I-94 corridor from the Hwy 252/I-94/I-694 interchange to North Fourth Street and North Third Street in downtown Minneapolis. This notice also requests identification of potential alternatives, information, and analyses relevant to the proposed action. Persons or agencies who may be affected by the proposed Hwy 252/I-94 Project (Project) are encouraged to comment on the information in this NOI. All comments received in response to this NOI document will be considered and any information presented herein, including the preliminary alternatives and identified impacts, may be revised in consideration of the comments.
Renewal Package From the State of Arizona to the Surface Transportation Project Delivery Program and Proposed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Assigning Federal Highway Administration's Environmental Review Responsibilities to the State
This notice announces that FHWA has received and reviewed a renewal package from the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) requesting renewed participation in the Surface Transportation Project Delivery Program (Program). This Program allows FHWA to assign, and States to assume, responsibilities under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), and all or part of FHWA's responsibilities for environmental review, consultation, or other actions required under any Federal environmental law with respect to one or more Federal highway projects within the State. The FHWA determined the renewal package to be complete and developed a draft renewal MOU with ADOT outlining how the State will implement the Program with FHWA oversight. The public is invited to comment on ADOT's renewal package, which includes the draft renewal MOU that describes the proposed assignments and assumptions of environmental review, consultation, and other activities.

Notice of Availability of the Finding of No Significant Impact for the Midvalley Highway Project in Utah and Final Federal Agency Actions
The FHWA, on behalf of UDOT, is issuing this notice to announce actions taken by UDOT. The actions relate to the proposed Midvalley Highway S.R. 170 Project, in the Cities of Erda, Grantsville and Tooele, Tooele County, State of Utah. Those actions grant licenses, permits, and approvals for the project.
Notice of Final Federal Agency Actions on Proposed Highway Projects in Texas
This notice announces actions taken by TxDOT and Federal agencies that are final. The environmental review, consultation, and other actions required by applicable Federal environmental laws for these projects are being, or have been, carried out by TxDOT pursuant to an assignment agreement executed by FHWA and TxDOT. The actions relate to various proposed highway projects in the State of Texas. These actions grant licenses, permits, and approvals for the projects.
