The FHWA is issuing this notice to advise the public that the Notice of Intent to prepare a Tier One Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the proposed extension of Interstate Highway 69 (I-69) from near Laredo and the Lower Rio Grande Valley is rescinded. The original notice dated January 15, 2004 was published in the Federal Register Volume 69, number 10 and on pages 2382-2383. The Federal Highway Administration is issuing this notice to advise the public of its intent to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) in cooperation with the Virginia Department of Transportation for potential transportation improvements along the Interstate 64 corridor in Virginia.

The DOT's TIFIA Joint Program Office (JPO) announces the availability of funding to support new applications for credit assistance. Under TIFIA, the DOT provides secured (direct) loans, lines of credit, and loan guarantees to public and private applicants for eligible surface transportation projects of regional or national significance. Projects must meet statutorily specified criteria to be selected for credit assistance. Because demand for the TIFIA program can exceed budgetary resources, the DOT is utilizing periodic fixed-date solicitations that will establish a competitive group of projects to be evaluated against the program objectives. This notice outlines the process that applicants must follow.

The FHWA, on behalf of Caltrans, is issuing this notice to announce actions taken by Caltrans, that are final within the meaning of 23 U.S.C. 139(l)(1). The actions relate to a proposed highway project along Interstate 805, San Diego, CA, PM: 23.3-27.7 in the County of San Diego, State of California. Those actions grant licenses, permits, and approvals for the project.

This notice announces actions taken by the FHWA and other Federal agencies that are final within the meaning of 23 U.S.C. 139(l)(1). The actions relate to a proposed highway project on a 3.5 mile combined segment of Trunk Highway (TH) 23 and U.S. Highway 71. The proposed project is from the TH 294 and TH 23/71 divergence on the south to the divergence of the TH 23 and U.S. Highway 71 on the north in Dovre Township, northeast of Willmar, Minnesota in Kandlyohi County. The proposed improvements include grade-separated interchanges at a relocated County Road 90 and at County State Aid Highway 25, median and driveway closures, and new or reconstructed segments of local frontage roads. Those actions grant approvals for the project.

This notice announces action taken by the FHWA and other federal agencies that is final within the meaning of 23 U.S.C. 139(l)(1). This final agency action relates to a proposed highway project, Bonner Bridge Replacement Project along NC 12, from Rodanthe to Bodie Island in Dare County, North Carolina. The FHWA's Record of Decision (ROD) identifies the Parallel Bridge with NC 12 Transportation Management Plan as the selected alternative.

This notice announces actions taken by the FHWA and other Federal agencies that are final within the meaning of 23 U.S.C. 139(l)(1). The actions relate to a proposed highway project on US Highway 14 from I-35 in the City of Owatonna, Steele County to Highway 56 near the City of Dodge Center, Dodge County, Minnesota. The proposed improvements include reconstruction and capacity expansion of US 14 as a rural four-lane divided freeway section, including 12.3 miles on a new alignment south of the Dakota, Minnesota, and Eastern Railroad corridor. Those actions grant approvals for the project.

The FHWA has forwarded the information collection request described in this notice to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for approval of a new information collection. We published a Federal Register Notice with a 60-day public comment period on this information collection on September 7, 2010. We are required to publish this notice in the Federal Register by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
