Airworthiness Directives; Bell Textron Canada Limited Helicopters

This proposed AD was prompted by three occurrences of metallic debris in the engine oil lubrication system causing the 12 volts direct current (VDC) reference voltage to be shorted to ground and loss of important flight information to the pilot. This proposed AD would require replacing a certain part-numbered relay panel assembly. The FAA is proposing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.

Request for Information on Transportation Equity Data
On January 20, 2021, President Biden signed the Executive Order, ``Advancing Racial Equity and Support for Underserved Communities Through the Federal Government'' (Equity E.O.). These assessments will better equip the Department to develop policies and programs that deliver resources and benefits equitably to all. The Department solicits input from the public regarding available or potential data and assessment tools that could assist in the ongoing and continuous evaluation of Federal policies and programs concerning equitable services and safety in the transportation sector.
