Notice of Intent To Prepare an Environmental Impact Statement, WIS 47, Outagamie and Shawano Counties, Wisconsin
The FHWA is issuing this notice to advise the public that an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) will be prepared for long-range transportation improvements in the WIS 47 corridor in Outagamie and Shawano Counties, Wisconsin. The EIS is being prepared in conformance with 40 CFR part 1500 and FHWA regulations.
Airworthiness Directives; DORNIER LUFTFAHRT GmbH Models Dornier 228-100, Dornier 228-101, Dornier 228-200, Dornier 228-201, Dornier 228-202, and Dornier 228-212 Airplanes
We propose to adopt a new airworthiness directive (AD) for the products listed above that would supersede an existing AD. This proposed AD results from mandatory continuing airworthiness information (MCAI) originated by an aviation authority of another country to identify and correct an unsafe condition on an aviation product. This document announces the availability of the Final Vehicle Safety Rulemaking and Research Priority Plan 2010-2013 (Priority Plan) in Docket No. NHTSA-2009-0108. This Priority Plan is an update to the Final Vehicle Safety Rulemaking and Research Priority Plan 2009-2011 (October 2009 Plan) that was announced in the November 9, 2009, version of the Federal Register (74 FR 57623).
