User Fees Relating to Enrolled Actuaries
This document contains proposed amendments to the regulations relating to imposing user fees for enrolled actuaries. The proposed regulations increase both the enrollment and renewal of enrollment user fees for enrolled actuaries from $250.00 to $680.00. The proposed regulations affect individuals who apply to become an enrolled actuary or seek to renew their enrollment. The Independent Offices Appropriation Act of 1952 authorizes charging user fees.
Notice of OFAC Sanctions Actions
The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) is publishing the names of one or more persons and a vessel that have been placed on OFAC's List of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (SDN List) based on OFAC's determination that one or more applicable legal criteria were satisfied. All property and interests in property subject to U.S. jurisdiction of these persons are blocked, and U.S. persons are generally prohibited from engaging in transactions with them.
