Notice of OFAC Sanctions Actions
The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) is publishing the names of one or more persons or property that have been placed on OFAC's Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List (SDN List) based on OFAC's determination that one or more applicable legal criteria were satisfied. All property and interests in property subject to U.S. jurisdiction of these persons are blocked, and U.S. persons are generally prohibited from engaging in transactions with them. Additionally, OFAC is publishing updates to the identifying information of two persons currently included on the SDN List and one person on the Non-SDN Menu Based Sanctions List.
Import Restrictions Imposed on Categories of Archaeological and Ethnological Material of Nigeria
This document amends the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations to reflect the imposition of import restrictions on certain categories of archaeological and ethnological material from the Federal Republic of Nigeria (``Nigeria''). These restrictions are being imposed pursuant to an agreement between the United States and Nigeria that has been entered into under the authority of the Convention on Cultural Property Implementation Act. This document amends the CBP regulations by adding Nigeria to the list of countries which have a bilateral agreement with the United States that imposes cultural property import restrictions. This document also contains the Designated List that describes the types of archaeological and ethnological material to which the restrictions apply.
Agency Information Collection Activities: Information Collection Renewal; Submission for OMB Review; Covered Savings Associations
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on an information collection renewal as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. An agency may not conduct or sponsor, and a respondent is not required to respond to, an information collection unless it displays a currently valid OMB control number. The OCC is soliciting comment concerning the renewal of its information collection titled ``Covered Savings Associations.'' The OCC also is giving notice that it has sent the collection to OMB for review.
User Fees Relating to Enrolled Agents and Enrolled Retirement Plan Agents; Correction
This document contains corrections to a notice of proposed rulemaking and notice of public hearing (REG-114209-21) that was published in the Federal Register on Tuesday, March 1, 2022. The notice of proposed rulemaking contains proposed amendments to the regulations relating to user fees for enrolled agents and enrolled retirement plan agents.
