The University of South Alabama, Center for Archaeological Studies, has completed an inventory of human remains, in consultation with the appropriate Indian tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations, and has determined that there is no cultural affiliation between the human remains and any present-day Indian tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations. Representatives of any Indian tribe or Native Hawaiian organization not identified in this notice that wish to request transfer of control of these human remains should submit a written request to the University of South Alabama, Center for Archaeological Studies. If no additional requestors come forward, transfer of control of the human remains to the Indian tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations stated in this notice may proceed.

The Sheriff's Office of Berrien County, MI has completed an inventory of human remains, in consultation with the appropriate Indian tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations, and has determined that there is no cultural affiliation between the human remains and any present- day Indian tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations. Representatives of any Indian tribe or Native Hawaiian organization not identified in this notice that wish to request transfer of control of these human remains should submit a written request to the Berrien County Sheriff's Office. If no additional requestors come forward, transfer of control of the human remains to the Indian tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations stated in this notice may proceed.

The National Park Service is soliciting comments on the significance of properties nominated before [insert date for this batch], for listing or related actions in the National Register of Historic Places.

Notice is hereby given in accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act (5 U.S.C. Appendix 1-16), and Part 65 of title 36 of the Code of Federal Regulations, that a meeting of the National Historic Landmarks Committee of the National Park System Advisory Board will be held beginning at 10:00 a.m. on May 9, 2016, at the Charles Sumner School Museum and Archives. The meeting will continue beginning at 9:30 a.m. on May 10, 2016.

This notice announces a schedule of upcoming meetings for the Gettysburg National Military Park Advisory Commission.

Notice is hereby given in accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act, 5 U.S.C. Appendix, and Parts 62 and 65 of title 36 of the Code of Federal Regulations, and in furtherance of the National Trails System Act, 16 U.S.C. Section 1244(b)(3), that the National Park System Advisory Board will meet June 2-3, 2016, in Anchorage, Alaska. The agenda will include the review of proposed actions regarding the National Historic Landmarks Program and the National Natural Landmarks Program. The Board also will consider a proposed extension to the Lewis and Clark National Historic Trail, and may consider proposed additions to the Oregon, California, Mormon Pioneer and Pony Express National Historic Trails. Interested parties are encouraged to submit written comments and recommendations that will be presented to the Board. Interested parties also may attend the board meeting and upon request may address the Board concerning an area's national significance.

The National Park Service is soliciting comments on the significance of properties nominated before February 6, 2016, for listing or related actions in the National Register of Historic Places.

We (National Park Service, NPS) will ask the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to approve the information collection (IC) described below. As required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 and as part of our continuing efforts to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, we invite the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on this IC. This IC is scheduled to expire on October 31, 2016. We may not conduct or sponsor and a person is not required to respond to a collection of information unless it displays a currently valid OMB control number.

The National Park Service (NPS) has prepared a Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) for the General Management Plan (GMP) for Hawaii Volcanoes National Park (Hawaii Volcanoes NP or park). This FEIS describes and analyzes three GMP alternatives that respond to public concerns and issues identified during the overall public engagement process. Each alternative presents management strategies for resource protection and preservation, education and interpretation, visitor use and facilities, land protection and boundaries, and long- term operations and management of Hawaii Volcanoes NP. The potential environmental consequences of all the alternatives, and mitigation strategies, are analyzed and the ``environmentally preferred'' alternative is identified. The proposed GMP also includes a wilderness study (WS) which analyzes wilderness suitability of park lands and includes a recommendation for wilderness designation. With due consideration for the minimal public and agency response to the Draft EIS (no substantive new information has been received), the NPS has utilized an abbreviated format in preparing the FEIS. Upon approval, this GMP will supersede the 1975 Master Plan.

The Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) has completed an inventory of human remains and associated funerary objects in consultation with the appropriate Federally recognized Indian tribes and has determined that there is no cultural affiliation between the human remains and associated funerary objects and any present-day federally recognized Indian tribes. Representatives of any federally recognized Indian tribe or Native Hawaiian organization not identified in this notice that wish to request transfer of control of these human remains and associated funerary objects should submit a written request to Tennessee Valley Authority. If no additional requestors come forward, transfer of control of the human remains and associated funerary objects to the federally recognized Indian tribes stated in this notice may proceed.

The University of Denver Museum of Anthropology has corrected an inventory of human remains and associated funerary objects, published in a Notice of Inventory Completion in the Federal Register on November 13, 2000. This notice corrects the number of associated funerary objects. Lineal descendants or representatives of any Indian tribe or Native Hawaiian organization not identified in this notice that wish to request transfer of control of these associated funerary objects should submit a written request to the University of Denver Museum of Anthropology. If no additional requestors come forward, transfer of control of the associated funerary objects to the lineal descendants, Indian tribes, or Native Hawaiian organizations stated in this notice may proceed.

The boundary of Saratoga National Historical Park is modified to include approximately 169 acres of land, more or less, located in Saratoga County, New York, immediately adjoining the boundary of Saratoga National Historical Park. Subsequent to the boundary revision, the National Park Service will acquire the land by purchase from Open Space Conservancy, Inc., a nonprofit conservation organization.
