The National Park Service is seeking public comments and suggestions on the planning of the 2011 National Christmas Tree Lighting and the subsequent 31 day event.

The Kobuk Valley National Park SRC will meet to develop and continue work on NPS subsistence program recommendations and other related subsistence management issues. The NPS SRC program is authorized under Title VIII, Section 808 of the Alaska National Interest Lands Conservation Act, Public Law 96-487, to operate in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Advisory Committee Act. The Federal Advisory Committee Act (Pub. L. 92-463, 86 Stat. 770) requires that public notice of this meeting to be announced in the Federal Register. Public Availability of Comments: This meeting is open to the public and will have time allocated for public testimony. The public is welcome to present written or oral comments to the SRC. This meeting will be recorded and meeting minutes will be available upon request from the park superintendent for public inspection approximately six weeks after the meeting. Before including your address, telephone number, e-mail address, or other personal identifying information in your comment, you should be aware that your entire commentincluding your personal identifying informationmay be made publicly available at any time. The meeting will start at 9 a.m. and conclude at 5 p.m. At the discretion of the Chair, this meeting may be extended to Wednesday, November 16, 2011, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. or until business is completed.

This notice sets forth the date of the November 5, 2011, meeting of the Flight 93 Advisory Commission.

The Fort Lewis College has completed an inventory of human remains and associated funerary objects, in consultation with the appropriate Indian tribes, and has determined that there is a cultural affiliation between the human remains and associated funerary objects and present-day Indian tribes. Representatives of any Indian tribe that believes itself to be culturally affiliated with the human remains and associated funerary objects may contact Fort Lewis College. Repatriation of the human remains and associated funerary objects to the Indian tribes stated below may occur if no additional claimants come forward.

The University of Toledo has completed an inventory of human remains, in consultation with the appropriate Indian tribes, and has determined that there is no cultural affiliation between the remains and any present-day Indian tribe. Representatives of any Indian tribe that believes itself to be culturally affiliated with the human remains may contact The University of Toledo, Office of General Counsel, 2801 W. Bancroft St., Toledo, OH 43606, telephone (419) 530-8412. Disposition of the human remains to the Indian tribes stated below may occur if no additional requestors come forward.

Pursuant to the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, 42 U.S.C. 4332(2)(C), the National Park Service (NPS) announces the availability of a Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for the General Management Plan (GMP) for Blue Ridge Parkway (parkway). Consistent with NPS laws, regulations, and policies and the purpose of the parkway, the DEIS/GMP describes the NPS preferred alternative Alternative Bto guide the management of the parkway over the next 20 years. The preferred alternative incorporates various management strategies to ensure protection, access, and enjoyment of the parkway's resources. The document analyzes the environmental impacts of the preferred alternative, along with two other alternatives, including the no-action alternative.

The University of Colorado Museum has completed an inventory of human remains and an associated funerary object in consultation with the appropriate Indian tribes, and has determined that there is no cultural affiliation between the human remains and associated funerary object and any present-day Indian tribe. Representatives of any Indian tribe that believes itself to be culturally affiliated with the human remains and associated funerary object may contact the University of Colorado Museum. Disposition of the human remains and associated funerary object to the Indian tribes stated below may occur if no additional requestors come forward.

This notice contains a correction to the Notice of Meeting which was published by the National Park Service (NPS) in the Federal Register on Wednesday, September 21, 2011 (76 FR 58535). That notice publishes an incorrect deadline date by which the NPS must receive clearance information in advance of a meeting of the Committee for the Preservation of the White House which will occur October 18, 2011. The purpose, date, time and place of the meeting are correct as published in the September 21, 2011, notice.

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss mitigation of impacts from aircraft overflights at Denali National Park and Preserve. Notice is hereby given in accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act that meetings of the Cedar Creek and Belle Grove National Historical Park Advisory Commission will be held to discuss the implementation of the Park's general management plan. Pursuant to Section 102(2)(C) of the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, 42 U.S.C. 4332(2)(C), the National Park Service (NPS) announces the availability of the Record of Decision (ROD) for the Final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the General Management Plan (GMP)/Wilderness Management Plan for Apostle Islands National Lakeshore, Wisconsin. On June 24, 2011, the Regional Director for the NPS Midwest Region approved the ROD for the Final GMP/EIS. As soon as practicable, the NPS will begin to implement the selected alternative.

Notice is hereby given in accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act that the 24th meeting of the Concessions Management Advisory Board (the Board) will be held as indicated below.

The State Historical Society of Wisconsin, in consultation with the appropriate Indian Tribe, has determined a cultural item meets the definitions of sacred object and object of cultural patrimony and repatriation to the Indian Tribe stated below may occur if no additional claimants come forward. Representatives of any Indian Tribe that believes itself to be culturally affiliated with the cultural item may contact the State Historical Society of Wisconsin.

This notice corrects the cultural affiliation of two individuals described in a Notice of Inventory Completion (NIC) previously published in the Federal Register (34 FR 10906-10909, February 20, 2001). The Colorado Historical Society (History Colorado) completed an inventory of human remains and associated funerary objects, and through additional consultation with the appropriate Indian Tribes, determined that the cultural affiliation for two of the 260 individuals described in the previously published NIC of February 20, 2001 (2001 NIC) needed correction.

The Bureau of Reclamation, Phoenix Area Office and Arizona State Museum have completed an inventory of a human remain, in consultation with the appropriate Indian Tribes, and have determined that there is a cultural affiliation between the human remain and present-day Indian Tribes. Representatives of any Indian Tribe that believes itself to be culturally affiliated with the human remain may contact the Bureau of Reclamation, Phoenix Area Office. Repatriation of the human remain to the Indian Tribes stated below may occur if no additional claimants come forward.

The Thomas Burke Memorial Washington State Museum (Burke Museum) has completed an inventory of human remains and associated funerary objects, in consultation with the appropriate Indian Tribes, and has determined that there is a cultural affiliation between the human remains and associated funerary objects and present-day Indian Tribes. Representatives of any Indian Tribe that believes itself to be culturally affiliated with the human remains and associated funerary objects may contact the Burke Museum. Repatriation of the human remains and associated funerary objects to the Indian Tribes stated below may occur if no additional claimants come forward.

As required by law, the Secretary of the Interior has transferred to the appropriate agencies jurisdiction over lands acquired for the benefit of Great Sand Dunes National Park, Baca National Wildlife Refuge, and the Rio Grande National Forest.

Chafee Blackstone River Valley National Heritage Corridor Commission will conduct a meeting on September 30, 2011.
