The Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) is submitting the information collection, titled the BIE Higher Education Grant Program Annual Report Form, OMB Control Number 1076-0106, and the BIE Higher Education Grant Application Form, OMB Control Number 1076-0101 for approval. The Higher Education Annual Grant Report Form and the Higher Education Grant Application need to be renewed.

This notice publishes the Pueblo of Tesuque Liquor Control Ordinance. The Ordinance regulates and controls the possession, sale and consumption of liquor within the Pueblo of Tesuque Indian Reservation. The Reservation is located on trust land and this Ordinance allows for the possession and sale of alcoholic beverages within the exterior boundaries of the Pueblo of Tesuque Indian Reservation. This Ordinance will increase the ability of the tribal government to control the distribution and possession of liquor within their reservation and at the same time will provide an important source of revenue and strengthening of the tribal government and the delivery of tribal services.

The Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) is planning to renew the No Child Left Behind Regulation, 25 CFR part 36 and 47, OMB Control Number 1076-0164 as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act. The renewal will ensure we meet the residential requirements of the No Child Left Behind Act.

This notice publishes an amendment to the Colorado River Tribal Health and Safety Code, Article 2, Liquor, Chapter 6, Sections 2-601 through 620. The Code regulates and controls the possession, sale and consumption of liquor within the Colorado River Tribe's Reservation. The land is located on trust land and this Code allows for the possession and sale of alcoholic beverages within Colorado River Tribe's Reservation. This Code will increase the ability of the tribal government to control the distribution and possession of liquor within their reservation and at the same time will provide an important source of revenue and strengthening of the tribal government and the delivery of tribal services.

The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) is announcing the availability of a Model Tribal Probate Code with comments entitled ``Model Tribal Probate Code.'' BIA issues notices to inform tribes, Indians, and other interested persons about important policies, procedures, and related decisions, and these notices serve to provide guidance to tribes and BIA personnel. This notice provides guidance to tribes considering the creation and adoption of a Tribal Probate Code containing provisions applicable to trust and restricted property and includes a copy of the ``Model Probate Code with Comments.''

The Energy Policy Act of 2005 authorizes the Secretary to provide development grants to Indian tribes and tribal energy resource development organizations for use in developing or obtaining the managerial and technical capacity needed to develop energy resources on Indian land, and to properly account for resulting energy production and revenues. In furtherance of this goal, the Department of the Interior's Office of Indian Energy and Economic Development is soliciting proposals from tribes and tribal energy resource development organizations. The Department will award several grants of up to $50,000 each for this program.

This notice publishes the approval of the extension of agreement between the Northern Cheyenne Tribe and the State of Montana concerning Class III gaming, with the incorporated amendments.

This notice informs Indian tribes that grant funds are available through a Competitive Grant Program and that the Office of Indian Energy and Economic Development (IEED) is soliciting applications from eligible interested entities. This notice publishes an amendment to the Liquor Ordinance of the Three Affiliated Tribes of the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation of North Dakota (Tribe). This amendment brings the existing Liquor Ordinance of the Tribe which regulates and controls the possession, sale and consumption of liquor within the Tribe's reservation into conformance with a change in state law. The Liquor Ordinance allows for possession and sale of alcoholic beverages within the Three Affiliated Tribes of the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation, and increases the ability of the tribal government to control the Tribe's liquor distribution and possession. At the same time it will provide an important source of revenue for the continued operation and strengthening of the tribal government and the delivery of tribal services.

The Bureau of Indian Affairs is amending its regulations governing the compilation of rolls of Indians in order to open the enrollment application process for the Western Shoshone Identifiable Group of Indians. The enrollment application process will give individuals an opportunity to file applications to share in the Western Shoshone judgment fund distribution authorized under the Western Shoshone Claims Distribution Act of July 7, 2004.

As required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, we are submitting to the Office of Management and Budget the information collection found in the general Probate of Indian Decedents' Estates, Except for Member of the Five Civilized Tribes regulations. The purpose of this data collection is to ensure that Probate regulations are administered for the benefit of individual Indians and any persons having claims against an Indian decedent's estate.
