Extension of Approved Information Collection; OMB Control No. 1004-0162
In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) requests that the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) extend an existing approval to collect information from entities which conduct geophysical operations on lands managed by the BLM or by the U.S. Forest Service (FS). The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has assigned control number 1004-0162 to this information collection.

Lummi Nation-Title 20-Code of Laws-Liquor Code
This notice publishes the amendment to Lummi Nation's Title 20Code of LawsLiquor Code. The Code regulates and controls the possession, sale and consumption of liquor within the Lummi Nation's Reservation and Indian country. The land is located on trust land and this Code allows for the possession and sale of alcoholic beverages within the Lummi Nation's Reservation and Indian country. The Code will increase the ability of the tribal government to control the distribution and possession of liquor within their reservation and Indian country, and at the same time will provide an important source of revenue, the strengthening of the tribal government and the delivery of tribal services.
