Notice of Availability of the Devils River Minnow Draft Recovery Plan
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) announces the availability for public review of the Devils River Minnow Draft Recovery Plan. The Devils River minnow (Dionda diaboli) is known to occur in streams in Kinney and Val Verde Counties, Texas, and Coahila, Mexico. The Service solicits review and comment from the public on this Draft Recovery Plan.
Lease of Public Land: Paxson, AK
This notice of realty action involves a proposal for a 20 year renewable commercial lease to the State of Alaska, Department of Fish and Game, Commercial Fisheries. The lease is intended to authorize the maintenance and operation of a fish hatchery on public lands.

As required by 43 CFR 2650.7(d), notice is hereby given that an appealable decision approving lands for conveyance pursuant to the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act will be issued to Igiugig, Native Corporation. The lands are located in Tps. 11 and 12 S., R. 37 W., Seward Meridian, Alaska, in the vicinity of Igiugig, Alaska, and contain 503.00 acres. Notice of the decision will also be published four times in the Anchorage Daily News.
