In the Matter of the Amendment of the Designation of al-Shabaab (and Other Aliases) as a Foreign Terrorist Organization Pursuant to the Immigration and Nationality Act, as Amended
A Public Notice entitled ``In the Matter of the Amendment of the Designation of al-Shabaab (and other aliases) as a Foreign Terrorist Organization pursuant to Section 219 of the Immigration and Nationality Act, as amended'' was signed by the Secretary of State on July 9, 2018, and published in the Federal Register (https:// www.federalregister.gov/documents/2018/07/25/2018-15917/in-th e-matter- of-the-review-of-the-designation-of-al-shabaab-and-other-alia ses-as-a- foreign) on July 25, 2018. However, the wrong version of the document was submitted to the Office of the Federal Register and therefore the wrong notice was published as Public Notice 10471. This Notice contains the correct text below, as approved by the Secretary of State, who authorized and directed publication in the Federal Register. This Notice is being published to correct the record.
60-Day Notice of Proposed Information Collection: Application for a U.S. Passport: Corrections, Name Change Within 1 Year of Passport Issuance, and Limited Passport Holders
The Department of State is seeking Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approval for the information collection described below. In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, we are requesting comments on this collection from all interested individuals and organizations. The purpose of this notice is to allow 60 days for public comment preceding submission of the collection to OMB.
Notice of Determinations; Culturally Significant Object Imported for Exhibition-Determinations: “Medieval Permanent Collection Galleries Rotation” Exhibition
Notice is hereby given of the following determinations: I hereby determine that a certain object to be exhibited in the exhibition ``Medieval Permanent Collection Galleries Rotation,'' imported from abroad for temporary exhibition within the United States, is of cultural significance. The object is imported pursuant to a loan agreement with the foreign owner or custodian. I also determine that the exhibition or display of the exhibit object at The Cleveland Museum of Art, in Cleveland, Ohio, from on or about August 30, 2019, until on or about February 20, 2020, and at possible additional exhibitions or venues yet to be determined, is in the national interest. I have ordered that Public Notice of these determinations be published in the Federal Register.
