ACTION:
Notice is hereby given of the
following determinations: I hereby
determine that a certain object to be
exhibited in the exhibition ‘‘Medieval
Permanent Collection Galleries
Rotation,’’ imported from abroad for
temporary exhibition within the United
States, is of cultural significance. The
object is imported pursuant to a loan
agreement with the foreign owner or
custodian. I also determine that the
exhibition or display of the exhibit
object at The Cleveland Museum of Art,
in Cleveland, Ohio, from on or about
August 30, 2019, until on or about
February 20, 2020, and at possible
additional exhibitions or venues yet to
be determined, is in the national
interest. I have ordered that Public
Notice of these determinations be
published in the Federal Register.

The Application for a U.S. Passport:
Corrections, Name Change Within 1
Year of Passport Issuance, And Limited
Passport Holders (DS–5504) is the form
used by current passport holders who
need to re-apply for a passport, at no
charge. The following categories are
permitted to re-apply for a new passport
using the DS–5504: (a) The passport
holder’s name has changed within the
first year of the issuance of the passport;
(b) the passport holder needs correction
