Notice of Determinations; Culturally Significant Objects Imported for Exhibition-Determinations: “Michelangelo: Mind of the Master” Exhibition
Notice is hereby given of the following determinations: I hereby determine that certain objects to be exhibited in the exhibition ``Michelangelo: Mind of the Master,'' imported from abroad for temporary exhibition within the United States, are of cultural significance. The objects are imported pursuant to a loan agreement with the foreign owner or custodian. I also determine that the exhibition or display of the exhibit objects at The Cleveland Museum of Art, Cleveland, Ohio, from on or about September 22, 2019, until on or about January 5, 2020, The J. The Notice type of request was an ``Extension of a Currently Approved Collection''. This document corrects the ``Type of Request'' to a ``Revision of a Currently Approved Collection''.

Updating the State Department's List of Entities and Subentities Associated With Cuba (Cuba Restricted List)
The Department of State is publishing an update to its List of Restricted Entities and Subentities Associated with Cuba (Cuba Restricted List) with which direct financial transactions are generally prohibited under the Cuban Assets Control Regulations (CACR). This Cuba Restricted List is also considered during review of license applications submitted to the Department of Commerce's Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) pursuant to the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).

Consolidation of Exemptions in the International Traffic in Arms Regulations
As part of an ongoing effort to better organize the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) seeks public comment on consolidating and clarifying the various exemptions located throughout the regulations. DDTC does not seek input on whether individual exemptions in the ITAR should be expanded or eliminated, but rather requests comments regarding: Which exemptions, if any, are redundant or could be consolidated; and which exemptions, if any, contain language that introduces significant ambiguity or hinders the exemption's intended use.

Schedule of Fees for Consular Services, Department of State and Overseas Embassies and Consulates-Visa Services Fee Changes
This rule is promulgated to implement the Adoptive Family Relief Act (the Act), which allows for the waiver or refund of fees relating to the renewal or replacement of an immigrant visa for certain already-adopted children where the adopted child was unable to use his or her initially issued immigrant visa as a direct result of extraordinary circumstances. The Department is also amending its regulations regarding immigrant visa application procedures to cover new technologies, application forms, and procedures that have been implemented in recent years.
