SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The United Nations will convene the third session of an Intergovernmental Conference (IGC) on the conservation and sustainable use of marine biological diversity of areas beyond national jurisdiction (BBNJ) on August 19– August 30, 2019, in New York City. The UN General Assembly established the IGC to consider the recommendations of a two-year Preparatory Committee and to elaborate the text of an international legally binding instrument under the United Nations Convention on the Law of Sea on BBNJ. The IGC met for its second session March 25–April 5, 2019. It will meet for a fourth session at a yet undetermined date in 2020. Additional information on the BBNJ process is available at www.un.org/bbnj. We would like to invite interested stakeholders to a public meeting to share views about the BBNJ IGC, in particular to provide information to assist the U.S. Government in developing its positions. SUMMARY: Notice is hereby given of the following determinations: I 
hereby determine that certain objects to be exhibited in the exhibition 
``Assyria: Palace Art of Ancient Iraq,'' imported from abroad for 
temporary exhibition within the United States, are of cultural 
significance. The objects are imported pursuant to a loan agreement 
with the foreign owner or custodian. I also determine that the 
exhibition or display of the exhibit objects at The J. Paul Getty 
Museum at the Getty Villa, Pacific Palisades, California, from on or 
about October 2, 2019, until on or about September 5, 2022, and at 
possible additional exhibitions or venues yet to be determined, is in 
the national interest. I have ordered that Public Notice of these 
determinations be published in the Federal Register.
