A determination has been made that North Korean entities have engaged in activities that require the imposition of measures pursuant to the Arms Export Control Act, as amended, and the Export Administration Act of 1979, as amended (as carried out under Executive Order 13222 of August 17, 2001).

Notice is hereby given of the following determinations: I hereby determine that certain objects to be included in the exhibition ``C[eacute]zanne Portraits,'' imported from abroad for temporary exhibition within the United States, are of cultural significance. The objects are imported pursuant to loan agreements with the foreign owners or custodians. I also determine that the exhibition or display of the exhibit objects at the National Gallery of Art, Washington, District of Columbia, from on or about March 25, 2018, until on or about July 1, 2018, and at possible additional exhibitions or venues yet to be determined, is in the national interest.

The Department of State implements an adjustment to the Schedule of Fees for Consular Services of the Department of State's Bureau of Consular Affairs (``Schedule of Fees'' or ``Schedule'') to raise the execution fee for passport books and cards from $25 to $35. The Department is adjusting this fee in light of the findings of the most recently approved update to the Cost of Service Model to better align the fees for consular services with the costs of providing those services.

The Department of State is seeking Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approval for the information collection described below. In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, we are requesting comments on this collection from all interested individuals and organizations. The purpose of this notice is to allow 60 days for public comment preceding submission of the collection to OMB.

I also determine that the exhibition or display of the exhibit objects at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, in Boston, Massachusetts, from on or about February 25, 2018, until on or about May 28, 2018, and at possible additional exhibitions or venues yet to be determined, is in the national interest.

Notice is hereby given of the following determinations: I hereby determine that certain objects to be included in the exhibition ``Degas: A Passion for Perfection,'' imported from abroad for temporary exhibition within the United States, are of cultural significance. The objects are imported pursuant to loan agreements with the foreign owners or custodians. I also determine that the exhibition or display of the exhibit objects at the Denver Art Museum, Denver, Colorado, from on or about February 11, 2018, until on or about May 20, 2018, and at possible additional exhibitions or venues yet to be determined, is in the national interest.

The Department of State published a final rule in the Federal Register on January 3, 2018, providing revised civil monetary penalties for 2018. This document corrects one of the civil monetary penalties.

The U.S. Department of State is providing notice that the United States and Singapore intend to hold a biennial review under the Memorandum of Intent between the United States of America and the Republic of Singapore on Cooperation in Environmental Matters (MOI) on January 19, 2018. The purpose of the meeting is to review the results of environmental cooperation under the MOI guided by the 2016-2017 Plan of Action (POA). The United States and Singapore also expect to approve a new 2018-2019 POA.
