The purpose of this Notice is to allow 30 days for public comment.

Imposition of Nonproliferation Measures Against Foreign Persons, Including a Ban on U.S. Government Procurement; Correction
The Department of State published a Federal Register notice on September 2, 2015, providing notice of a determination that a number of foreign persons had engaged in activities that warrant the imposition of measures pursuant to Section 3 of the Iran, North Korea, and Syria Nonproliferation Act. The document contains an incorrect effective date. This document corrects the notice by changing the effective date to August 28, 2015.
