The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) published a notice in the Federal Register on March 2, 2021, announcing a permanent variance to Gestamp West Virginia LLC from a specific provision of the OSHA standard that regulates the control of hazardous energy (lockout/tagout). The document contained incorrect references to the relevant provision of the lockout/tagout standard. This notice corrects the provision of the standard referenced in the permanent variance.

COVID-19 Vaccination and Testing; Emergency Temporary Standard
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is issuing an emergency temporary standard (ETS) to protect unvaccinated employees of large employers (100 or more employees) from the risk of contracting COVID-19 by strongly encouraging vaccination. Covered employers must develop, implement, and enforce a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy, with an exception for employers that instead adopt a policy requiring employees to either get vaccinated or elect to undergo regular COVID-19 testing and wear a face covering at work in lieu of vaccination.
Modification to the List of Appropriate NRTL Program Test Standards and the Scope of Recognition of Several NRTLs
In this notice, OSHA announces the final decision to: (1) Add seven new test standards to the Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratories (NRTL) Program's list of appropriate test standards; (2) delete or replace several test standards from the NRTL Program's list of appropriate test standards; and (3) update the scope of recognition of several NRTLs.
