Pursuant to Section 308 of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of 2014 (WIOA) (Pub. L. 113-128), which amends section 15 of the Wagner-Peyser Act of 1933 (29 U.S.C. 491-2), notice is hereby given that the WIAC will meet January 11, 2017, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST). The WIAC was established in accordance with provisions of the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA), as amended (5 U.S.C. App.) and will act in accordance with the applicable provisions of FACA and its implementing regulation at 41 CFR 102-3. The meeting will be open to the public.

The Department of Labor (DOL), Employment Training Administration is soliciting comments concerning a proposed extension for the authority to conduct the information collection request (ICR) titled, ``Job Corps Health Questionnaire''. This comment request is part of continuing Departmental efforts to reduce paperwork and respondent burden in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA), 44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq.

The Department of Labor (DOL) is submitting the Veterans' Employment and Training Services (VETS) sponsored information collection request (ICR) titled, ``Eligibility Data Form: Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act and Veterans' Preference,'' to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval for continued use, without change, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA), 44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq. Public comments on the ICR are invited.
