Department of Justice June 20, 2012 – Federal Register Recent Federal Regulation Documents

The Department of Justice (Department) is issuing a final rule adopting national standards to prevent, detect, and respond to prison rape, as required by the Prison Rape Elimination Act of 2003 (PREA).
