Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records
Pursuant to the provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, the Department of the Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Office of Multifamily Housing, is modifying system of records for the Tenant Rental Assistance Certification System (TRACS). The modification makes clarifying changes to the authority for maintenance of the system, routine uses, policies and practices for retention and disposal of records. The updates are explained in the "Supplementary Section" of this notice. This notice supersedes the previously published SORN.
30-Day Notice of Proposed Information Collection: Personal Financial and Credit Statement; OMB Control No.: 2502-0001
HUD is seeking approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for the information collection described below. In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act, HUD is requesting comments from all interested parties on the proposed collection of information. The purpose of this notice is to allow for an additional 30 days of public comment.
Notice of Regulatory Waiver Requests Granted for the Second Quarter of Calendar Year 2024
Section 106 of the Department of Housing and Urban Development Reform Act of 1989 (the HUD Reform Act) requires HUD to publish quarterly Federal Register notices of all regulatory waivers that HUD has approved. Each notice covers the quarterly period since the previous Federal Register notice. The purpose of this notice is to comply with the requirements of section 106 of the HUD Reform Act. This notice contains a list of regulatory waivers granted by HUD during the period beginning on April 1, 2024 and ending on June 30, 2024.
