Today's notice updates the FY 2014 FMRs for Santa Barbara- Santa Maria-Goleta, CA, MSA, and Stamford-Norwalk, CT, HUD Metro FMR Area (HMFA), based on surveys conducted in November 2013 by the area public housing agencies (PHAs). The FY 2014 FMRs for these areas reflect the estimated 40th percentile rent levels trended to April 1, 2014.

HUD is seeking approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for the information collection described below.
