Agency Information Collection Activities: Proposed Collection; Comment Request; Crisis Counseling Assistance and Training Program
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites the general public to take this opportunity to comment on a revision of a currently approved information collection. In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, this notice seeks comments concerning the Crisis Counseling Assistance and Training Program, which provides federal funding in response to a State or Federally recognized Tribe's request for Crisis Counseling services for a presidentially declared major disaster.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) will submit the information collection abstracted below to the Office of Management and Budget for review and clearance in accordance with the requirements of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The notice seeks comments concerning the Ready Campaign, which is a national public service advertising (PSA) campaign in support of FEMA's mission and is designed to educate and empower Americans to prepare for and respond to emergencies including natural and man-made disasters.
Hazard Mitigation Assistance Program and Policy Guide
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is accepting comments on its 2022 update to the Hazard Mitigation Assistance (HMA) Program and Policy Guide (formerly 2015 HMA Guidance and Addendum). The HMA Program and Policy Guide was last published in 2015. The primary purpose of this update is to incorporate existing policies and guidance materials issued since 2015, simplify guidance materials, and revise the document to increase overall accessibility and organization.
