The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone for all navigable waters of the Lower Mississippi River (LMR), Mile Markers 364.5 through 365.5. The safety zone is needed to protect persons, property, and the marine environment from the potential safety hazards associated with a fireworks display in the vicinity of Natchez, MS. Entry of persons or vessels into this zone is prohibited unless authorized by the Captain of the Port Sector Lower Mississippi River or a designated representative.

This notice announces that the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has forwarded the Information Collection Request (ICR), Office of Management and Budget (OMB) control number 1652-0064, abstracted below to OMB for review and approval of an extension of the currently approved collection under the Paperwork Reduction Act. The ICR describes the nature of the information collection and its expected burden. The collection involves an application completed by airports to initiate a request to participate in TSA's Screening Partnership Program (SPP).
