In addition, this document amends the regulations to announce a new way to submit requests for confidential treatment of vessel manifest certificationsvia the Vessel Manifest Confidentiality Online Application, an online portal on www.CBP.gov. This document also makes other technical conforming changes, specifically updating names and references.

This action is necessary to provide for the safety of life on these navigable waters near Louisville, KY, during Thunder over Louisville. Entry into, transiting through, or anchoring within this regulated area is prohibited unless authorized by the Captain of the Port Sector Ohio Valley (COTP) or a designated representative.
