Drawbridge Operation Regulation; Shark River, Avon, NJ
The Coast Guard has issued a temporary deviation from the operating schedule that governs the NJ Transit Railroad Bridge across Shark River (South Channel), mile 0.9, at Avon, NJ. This deviation is necessary to facilitate testing and replacement of the drive motor. This deviation allows the bridge to remain in the closed-to-navigation position.
Notice of Issuance of Final Determination Concerning a Gearmotor
This document provides notice that U.S. Customs and Border Protection (``CBP'') has issued a final determination concerning the country of origin of certain gearmotors known as the R47DRE90M4 gearmotors. Based upon the facts presented, CBP has concluded that the country of origin of the R47DRE90M4 gearmotor is the United States for purposes of U.S. Government procurement.
Agency Information Collection Activities: Submission for OMB Review; Comment Request; State Administrative Plan for the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) will submit the information collection abstracted below to the Office of Management and Budget for review and clearance in accordance with the requirements of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The submission will describe the nature of the information collection, the categories of respondents, the estimated burden (i.e., the time, effort and resources used by respondents to respond) and cost, and the actual data collection instruments FEMA will use.
