Safety Zone, TICO Warbird Air Show; Indian River, Titusville, FL
The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone on certain waters of the Indian River in Titusville, Florida during the 2017 TICO Warbird Air Show. This safety zone is necessary to provide for the safety of life on the navigable waters surrounding the event. This regulated area will prohibit persons and vessels from entering in, transiting through, anchoring in, or remaining within the safety zone unless authorized by the Captain of the Port (COTP) Jacksonville or a designated representative.
Notice of Issuance of Final Determination Concerning Country of Origin of the KC-390 Military Cargo Airplane Converted to a Fire-Fighting Aircraft
This document provides notice that United States Customs and Border Protection (``CBP'') has issued a final determination concerning the country of origin of a military cargo airplane manufactured in Brazil, known as the KC-390, that will be converted into a fire- fighting aircraft in the United States. Based upon the facts presented, CBP has concluded in the final determination that for purposes of United States Government procurement the country of origin of the converted KC-390 aircraft will be Brazil, where it was originally manufactured.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will be submitting the following information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
