As part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, CBP invites the general public and other Federal agencies to comment on an information collection requirement concerning the Declaration of Owner and Declaration of Consignee When Entry is made by an Agent (Forms 3347 and 3347A). This request for comment is being made pursuant to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (Pub. L. 104-13).

Agency Information Collection Activities: Solicitation of Proposal Information for Award of Public Contracts
The Department of Homeland Security, Office of the Chief Procurement Officer, will submit the following information collection request (ICR) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (P.L. 104-13, 44 U.S.C. Chapter 35). DHS previously published this information collection request (ICR) in the Federal Register on August 31, 2011 at 76 FR 54243, for a 60-day public comment period. No comments were received by DHS. The purpose of this notice is to allow additional 30-days for public comments.
