Notice is hereby given of the meetings on July 22-23, 2018, of the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration's (SAMHSA) Tribal Technical Advisory Committee (TTAC); on July 23 and July 25, 2018, of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)/ Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR) Tribal Advisory Committee (TAC); and on July 24, 2018, of the Joint Tribal Advisory Committee (JTAC).

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) notifies federal agencies of the laboratories and Instrumented Initial Testing Facilities (IITF) currently certified to meet the standards of the Mandatory Guidelines for Federal Workplace Drug Testing Programs (Mandatory Guidelines). A notice listing all currently HHS-certified laboratories and IITFs is published in the Federal Register during the first week of each month. If any laboratory or IITF certification is suspended or revoked, the laboratory or IITF will be omitted from subsequent lists until such time as it is restored to full certification under the Mandatory Guidelines. If any laboratory or IITF has withdrawn from the HHS National Laboratory Certification Program (NLCP) during the past month, it will be listed at the end and will be omitted from the monthly listing thereafter. This is a correction to the meeting announcement of the Notice of Meeting for the Interdepartmental Serious Mental Illness Coordinating Committee published on the Federal Register, Vol. 83, No. 66/Thursday, April 5, 2018/Notices. FR Doc. 2018-06913. The notice of the meeting should have included the following statement: Members of the public can attend the meeting via telephone or webcast only, and not in person. The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) announces that it will hold a public listening session on Wednesday, January 31, 2018, to solicit information concerning the Confidentiality of Substance Use Disorder Patient Records regulations as required by Section 11002 of the 21st Century Cures Act. The listening session will provide an opportunity for the public to provide input to SAMHSA concerning the effect of part 2 on ``patient care, health outcomes, and patient privacy'' as well as potential regulatory changes and future subregulatory guidance.
