EIA submitted an information collection request for clearance of the Residential Utility Disconnections Survey as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The collection requests a three-year clearance of a new data collection surveyForm EIA-112. Form EIA-112 is an annual survey that collects information on the number of monthly natural gas and electric service final notices, disconnections, and reconnections for bill non-payment across residential customers.

The information collection requests a three-year extension of its Form EIA-63C, Densified Biomass Fuel Report, OMB Control Number 1905-0209. The report is part of EIA's comprehensive energy data program. Form EIA-63C collects monthly data on the manufacture, shipment, exports, energy characteristics, and sales of densified biomass fuels and other densified biomass fuel products from facilities that manufacture densified biomass fuel products (pellet fuels), for energy applications.

The UDP consists of three surveys: Form EIA-851A Domestic Uranium Production Report (Annual), which collects annual data from the U.S. uranium industry on uranium milling and processing, uranium feed sources, uranium mining, employment, drilling, expenditures, and uranium reserves; Form EIA-851Q Domestic Uranium Production Report (Quarterly), which collects monthly data that is reported on a quarterly basis, on uranium production on a quarterly basis; and Form EIA-858 Uranium Marketing Annual Survey, which collects annual data from the U.S. uranium market on uranium contracts and deliveries, inventories, enrichment services purchased, uranium in fuel assemblies, feed deliveries to enrichers, and unfilled market requirements for the current year and the following ten years.

DOE invites public comment on the proposed three-year extension, with changes, to the Form NWPA-830G Appendix GStandard Remittance Advice for Payment of Fees, including Annex A to Appendix G, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. Form NWPA-830G is part of the Standard Contract for Disposal of Spent Nuclear Fuel and/or High-Level Radioactive Waste. Generators and owners of spent nuclear fuel and high-level radioactive waste of domestic origin paid fees into the Nuclear Waste Fund based on net electricity generated and sold as defined in the Standard Contract.

The information collection requests a three-year extension, with change, of its Form EIA-111 Quarterly Electricity Imports and Exports Report, OMB Control Number 1905-0208. Form EIA-111 collects information on U.S. imports and exports of electricity. Data are used to obtain estimates on the flows of electricity into and out of the United States.

EIA invites public comment on the reinstatement with changes to the Residential Energy Consumption Survey (RECS) Forms EIA 457-A, D, E, F, and G under OMB Control Number 1905-0092, as required under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. RECS collects data on energy characteristics, consumption, and expenditures for the residential sector of the United States and is comprised of five forms including: Form EIA 457-A Household Survey, Form EIA 457-D Energy Supplier Survey: Household Propane Usage, Form EIA 457-E Energy Supplier Survey: Household Electricity Usage, Form EIA 457-F, Energy Supplier Survey: Household Natural Gas Usage, Form EIA 457-G Energy Supplier Survey: Household Fuel Oil or Kerosene Usage. These forms will be used to collect information in calendar years 2024 and 2025 and will be used to produce household energy usage estimates for the reference year 2024.

The surveys covered by this request include; Form EIA-176, Annual Report of Natural and Supplemental Gas Supply and Disposition; Form EIA-191, Monthly Underground Natural Gas Storage Report; Form EIA- 191L, Monthly Liquefied Natural Gas Storage Report; Form EIA-757, Natural Gas Processing Plant Survey; Form EIA-857, Monthly Report of Natural Gas Purchases and Deliveries to Consumers; Form EIA-910, Monthly Natural Gas Marketer Survey; and Form EIA-912, Weekly Natural Gas Storage Report. The Natural Gas Data Collection Program provides information on natural gas storage, supply, processing, distribution, consumption, and prices, by sector, within the United States.

DOE submitted an information collection request for extension as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The information collection requests a three-year extension of Form DOE-417 Electric Emergency Incident and Disturbance Report, OMB Control Number 1901- 0288. The collection will enable DOE to monitor electric emergency incidents and disturbances in the United States (including all 50 States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and the U.S. Territories). The information collected allows DOE to conduct post-incident reviews examining significant interruptions of electric power or threats to the national electric system.

EIA is requesting a three-year extension with changes of Form EIA-914 Monthly Crude Oil and Lease Condensate, and Natural Gas Production Report. The survey collects monthly data on production and sales of natural gas, and crude oil and lease condensate. The data provide useful information on the nation's production and sales of crude oil and natural gas.
