This document withdraws the Notice of Information Collection and request for comments published in the Federal Register of April 12, 2019, soliciting public comment on the currently approved information collection FERC-915 (Public Utility Market-Based Rate Authorization HoldersRecords Retention Requirements) and submitting the information collection to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review. The notice was issued in error.
Agency Information Collection Reinstatement, With Change
Under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act, the Department of Energy (DOE) has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to review and approve a reinstatement, with change, of a previously approved information collection for which approval has expired regarding reports required pursuant to the Technology Transfer Commercialization Act of 2000.
