Orders Granting Authority To Import and Export Natural Gas, To Import and Export Liquefied Natural Gas, To Export Compressed Natural Gas, and To Vacate Authority During October 2015
The Office of Fossil Energy (FE) of the Department of Energy gives notice that during October 2015, it issued orders granting authority to import and export natural gas, to import and export liquefied natural gas (LNG), to export compressed natural gas (CNG), and to vacate authority. These orders are summarized in the attached appendix and may be found on the FE Web site at https://energy.gov/fe/ downloads/listing-doefe-authorizationsorders-issued-2015. They are also available for inspection and copying in the Office of Fossil Energy, Office of Oil and Gas Global Security and Supply, Docket Room 3E-033, Forrestal Building, 1000 Independence Avenue SW., Washington, DC 20585, (202) 586-9478. The Docket Room is open between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except Federal holidays.
Commission Information Collection Activities (FERC-725K); Comment Request
In compliance with the requirements of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, 44 U.S.C. 3507(a)(1)(D), the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission or FERC) is submitting its information collection FERC-725K (Mandatory Reliability Standards for the SERC Region) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review of the information collection requirements. Any interested person may file comments directly with OMB and should address a copy of those comments to the Commission as explained below. The Commission previously issued a Notice in the Federal Register (80 FR 61812, 10/14/2015) requesting public comments. The Commission received no comments on the FERC-725K and is making this notation in its submittal to OMB.
