President's Board of Advisors on Historically Black Colleges and Universities
This notice sets forth the agenda for the September 20, 2022, meeting of the President's Board of Advisors on Historically Black Colleges and Universities (Board) and provides information to members of the public about how to attend the meeting, request to make oral comments at the meeting, and submit written comments pertaining to the work of the Board. Notice of the meeting is required by Sec. 10(a)(2) of the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA), (Pub. L. 92-463, as amended, 5 U.S.C. App. 2), and is intended to notify the public of its opportunity to attend. This notice is being published less than 15 days prior to the meeting in order to accommodate the limited availability of the Board's Chairman, who is required to help direct the work of the Board.
