In accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended (Privacy Act), the U.S. Department of Education (the Department) publishes this notice of a modified system of records entitled ``Case Service Report (RSA-911)'' (18-16-02), last published in full in the Federal Register on April 8, 2004. The system contains information on individuals who are participating in or who have exited from the State Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) Services program, and the State Supported Employment (SE) Services program as applicable.
