Application for New Awards Deadline Date; Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund (HEERF), Sections 18004(a)(1), 18004(a)(2), and 18004(a)(3); Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act
This notice establishes the deadline date for institutions of higher education (IHEs) that did not initially apply to receive allocations to transmit their applications for funds from the Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund under sections 18004(a)(1), 18004(a)(2), and 18004(a)(3) of the CARES Act as August 1, 2020. This notice applies to applications under the following Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) numbers:
Agency Information Collection Activities; Submission to the Office of Management and Budget for Review and approval; Comment Request; Application for the Language Resource Centers (LRC) Program
In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, ED is proposing an extension of an existing information collection.
