Notice of Submission for OMB Review; Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services; Annual State Application Under Part B of the Individuals With Disabilities Education Act
In accordance with Part B of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) (20 U.S.C. 1412(a)) a State is eligible for assistance under Part B for a fiscal year if the State submits a plan that provides assurances to the Secretary that the State has in effect policies and procedures to ensure that the State meets each of the conditions found in 20 U.S.C. 1412.
Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records
In accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended (Privacy Act) (5 U.S.C. 552a), the Department of Education (Department) deletes two systems of records from its existing inventory of systems of records subject to the Privacy Act.
