Ford Federal Direct Loan (Direct Loan) Program regulations to implement provisions of the College Cost Reduction and Access Act of 2008 (CCRAA) (Pub. L. 110-84), including the statutory provisions that establish the Income-Based Repayment (IBR) plan and the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program.
