Navy Department September 8, 2009 – Federal Register Recent Federal Regulation Documents

In accordance with section 2330a of Title 10 United States Code as amended by the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year 2008 (FY 08) section 807, the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy (DASN) for Acquisition and Logistics Management (A&LM) and the Office of the Director, Defense Procurement and Acquisition Policy (DPAP) will make available, to the public, an inventory of activities performed pursuant to contracts for services.
