DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to implement the data-rights portions of the Small Business Innovation Research Program and Small Business Technology Transfer Program Policy Directives. DoD is issuing a final rule amending the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to implement the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement Implementation Act.

DoD policy extends this requirement to firms other than accounting firms.
