The Committee will be comprised of 14 voting members from state, local, regional, and tribal governments, as well as the private sector. DoD is issuing a final rule amending the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to implement a section of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018 that provides enhanced postaward debriefing rights under negotiated contracts, task orders, and delivery orders.
